Operating doctrine

    We own the metal.

    Not resold, not white-labelled, not a control panel over someone else’s cloud. We specify hardware, rack it, and answer for it.

    Mitigation is default state.

    Protection is not a plan upgrade. It is the condition of the network. There is no “attack mode” to switch on because there is no unprotected mode to switch off.

    Engineers answer the phone.

    Escalation paths that terminate at a person who can change a route. No tiered script, no first-line filter.
